Vendor spaces are limited and FILL UP FAST!

The Bow-Wows & Meows Pet Fair is a by invitation only - you must email your request for a vendor packet each year

Submit your application for consideration as soon as they become available - we fill up FAST!

                  All Vendors

  • Includes: 10’ x 10’ space

  • Your business / organization announced by our DJ at the event

  • Your business name and contact information listed in our professional program/resource guide

  • Big discounts for additional advertising space in the program/resource guide

  • Vendor sales and profits are that of the vendor. BW&M does not take a percentage

  • All vendors must be in good standing with their community and support the mission of BW&M

  • Retail Vendors

  • Retail Vendors (selling products or services, advertising business) 

  • Vendor fee $200 postmarked by July 31, 2020 (all others postmarked August 1 or after $300). 

  •  

  • Non-Profit Vendors

  • Must have 501(c)3  California tax-exempt status letter of determination

  • Vendor fee $100 postmarked by July 31, 2020 (all others postmarked August 1 or after $175)

  • Only a limited number of non-profit spaces are available. Contact us for more information

  •  

  • Rescue Vendors

  • Must have 501 (c)3 California tax-exempt status letter of determination

  • Vendor fee $50 postmarked by July 31, 2020 (all others postmarked August 1 or after $75)

  • A very limited number of RESCUE spaces are available.

  • Must submit Adoption Contract/Requirements with your completed application in order to be considered

  • ALL PARTICIPATING RESCUES AGREE WITH "LADY'S LAW" IN HONOR OF LADY, A SHELTER PIT BULL RESCUED AT THE END OF THE 2018 FAIR BY A PARTICIPATING RESCUE - WE WERE INSPIRED TO MAKE THIS A PARTICIPATING REQUIREMENT FOR ALL RESCUES IN THE SPIRIT OF SAVING ANIMALS, NOW, ALL PARTICIPATING RESCUE VENDORS AGREE TO RESCUE A COUNTY SHELTER DOG (OF THEIR CHOICE) AT THE END OF THE EVENT.

  • Food Vendors / Food Trucks

  • Vendor fee $250 postmarked by July 31, 2020 (all others postmarked August 1 or after $375)

  • Current health permit required (must be received by BW&M no later than Friday, September 15, 2020)

  • No duplicate food items are allowed to be sold (beverages are the exception)

 


All vendors should email or call with your intention
of participating to determine if space is still available for consideration.

Bow-Wows & Meows, Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor for participation in our pet fairs.
