All Vendors:
* Includes: 10 x 10 space
* Your business / organization announced by our DJ at the event
* Your business name and contact information in our professional
program / resource guide
* Discounts for additional advertising space in the program /
resource guide.
* Vendor sales and profits are that of the vendor. BW&M does not take a percentage.
Important Vendor Information:
* All vendors must supply and set up their own vendor space
(canopy, tables, chairs, displays etc...).
* Electricity needs must be requested and approved in advance by BW&M.
* Any additional vendor spaces (adjoining to first and for same vendor) can be obtained for half the cost!
Retail Vendors (selling products or services, advertising business)
* Vendor fee $175 postmarked by August 31, 2008 (all others postmarked September 1 or after $250).
* All vendors selling taxable items must have a resale certificate.
Non Profit Vendors (non profit through the state (501 c 3) (certain organizations, rescues)
* Vendor fee $50 postmarked by August 31, 2008
* Only a limited number of non profit spaces are available. Contact us for more information.
Food Vendors (food sales to the fair attendees)
* Vendor fee $250 postmarked by August 31, 2008 (all others postmarked September 1 or after $375).
* Current health permit required (include with application).
All vendors should email or call with your intention of participating to determine if space is still available for consideration.
